Can I RETURN a product?

We do not currently accept returns.However, if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at  oritistore@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.We are always happy to help.

 

Exchange

We do not currently conduct exchanges for online orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at  oritistore@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

Defects

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at  oritistore@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

Order Confirmation

Items are shipped after processing (1-3 business days) using Shiprocket Courier Service. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order within the first 12 hours of ordering. To cancel please email us at oritistore@gmail.com  with subject - "Cancel Order Request".

​

Refund

In case your order cancellation request is approved, your money will be refunded to the same source account within 3-7 business days.
